I went to North ranch for first time to do my hair treatment,color and haircut sunny was very … More knowledgeable.i loved the consultations and options.During the consultation I enjoyed my complimentary chair massage and my drink.( don't forget to treat yourself). She explained all the procedures step by step.Last but not least I enjoyed my complimentary hair vitamin , protein treatment.loved my hair .got a lot of compliments from friends and family .Big shout to Sunny.looking forward to see you soon.  Based on my experience, normally barbers don't delve too much... read more into the "hair theory" and just kind of give you whatever you asked for without bothering to warn you if it's a bad idea, but Sunny really did a great job explaining what I was doing wrong with my hair before, and I am definitely taking her advice from now on.
 
 
 Even waiting in the waiting room wasn't as unpleasant an experience as it typically is at other barbershops because they have massage chairs and nice beverages.  The staff was also very affable and kind
